Masefield Ave, Bateau Bay
Second-storey addition and full renovation of an original 3-bedroom cottage. The major extension added a new level with 2 bedrooms (1 master, 1 guest), an ensuite, a bathroom, and a large rumpus room. The existing ground floor, including the original 3 bedrooms, was completely renovated, along with the addition of a large front balcony ideal for entertaining.
Colleridge Road, Bateau Bay
Renovation and extension of an existing 2-bedroom cottage. The front extension included a new master bedroom with ensuite and a new garage with a storage area. The existing tile roof was replaced with metal, all windows and sliding doors were replaced, and all external cladding was updated.
Rickard Street, Bateau Bay
Comprehensive double-storey home renovation featuring structural reconfiguration and the conversion of a garage into a living space.
Broken Bay Rd
Second storey addition and full renovation of original 1 bedroom villa. The second storey addition added a master bedroom, ensuite,walk-in robe, guest bedroom, living area and first floor balcony. The original ground floor bedroom, bathroom and living area's were tastefully renovated in line with the second storey addition. The original ground floor brickwork was rendered to modernise the exterior.

We couldn’t be happier with Brendon and his team. From the initial meeting to completion, Brendon was extremely professional and hard-working, always making sure every job was finished perfectly and with a positive attitude. His communication throughout the renovation was 10/10 and we felt like nothing was ever an issue. He has completely transformed our house into a dream home (initially we thought we’d bought a lemon).
