Mellenium Building Pty Ltd was founded in 2017 on the Central Coast by Brendon (Director). Brendon grew up on the Central Coast and trained as a carpenter and builder here on the coast and subsequently gained extensive experience in the industry in Sydney and London before settling back on the Coast to raise a family and bring a quality building service to his community.
Mellenium is driven to provide quality service that goes over and above for his clients. Brendon partners with his clients to guide them on their projects and draws on his considerable experience to advise and provide feasible options. Mellenium usually focuses on one project at a time to allow for this close partnership and Brendon with an exceptional eye for detail, personally oversees all aspects of the project.

Brendon brings over 25 years of experience in the building industry. A qualified and licensed builder, Brendon is a proud Central Coast local, family man, and dad to three young kids. He’s known for his hands-on approach, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail.
Brendon leads every project with care, treating each build as a once-in-a-lifetime milestone for his clients—always aiming to go above and beyond expectations.
Having renovated his own family home, Brendon understands the personal side of building and supports his clients through every stage. He draws on deep industry knowledge and strong local connections to deliver high-quality, stress-free results.
